At Sablelinna’s Pet Palace, we want your pet’s new treasures to arrive quickly and safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Free Shipping
All orders over $50 ship FREE within the continental United States.
We believe premium pet care shouldn’t come with premium shipping costs. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

International Shipping
We ship to pet lovers worldwide! Please note:
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Delivery times vary by country (typically 10–20 business days)
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at Track Your Order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery. If your package is:
- Lost: Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund.
- Damaged: Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
